This policy explains how TINYhr, Inc., d/b/a TINYpulse handles Web Accessibility. We value your trust, and we’ve strived to present this policy in clear, plain language.

Our policy.

At TINYpulse, we’re committed to accessibility. It is our policy to ensure that everyone, including persons with disabilities, has full and equal access to our digital offerings. We have adapted this policy in Aug of 2020 and expect to be fully compliant by Q3 of 2021.

What We Do.

To ensure accessibility, we have taken the following actions:

  • We have adopted a web accessibility policy.
  • We will include training on web accessibility in our annual training.
  • We have appointed an internal web accessibility owner
  • We are working with vendors to conduct annual audits and user testing, monitor our website, etc.


Standards We Follow.

To make our digital offerings accessible, TINYpulse is striving to conform to the following accessibility standards that apply to our services: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA.

How We Maintaining Accessibility

As part of our policy, TINYpulse is committed to maintaining accessibility. TINYpulse will partner with the appropriate vendors to engage automatic daily website monitoring using automated scans, conduct quarterly web accessibility audits, and undergo quarterly web accessibility user testing to ensure our digital offerings stay up to date with the latest standards and best practices in accessibility.

Beyond our existing remediation measures, we will review our website (internally and independently) to ensure we adhere to best practices in web accessibility.

Applicable laws/regulations.

Through our genuine and good faith commitment and devotion to accessibility, we believe it is our goal to meet the digital accessibility requirements imposed by Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
