Yeah, you did. One way that I've seen TINYpulse really make a tremendous impact on the agency as a whole is that regardless of what stature you are and what role you are in the company, everybody's heard.

Michael Block:
It's also, frankly, one of the things that help me do my job the best. As COO I kind of think of my job in two different sections. One is helping our clients to be happy and successful and the other is to make sure that our employees are happy and successful. And frankly, for the latter, TINYpulse is the best tool in my tool chest.

And I think that that's exceptionally important from an intern level, a specialist's level. If they have a recommendation or a suggestion or just something ... brainstorming comes to mind or something that they notice. "Hey that should probably change," they can address that and they can bring it to the table and chances are if it's realistic and fair and in line with what we are as an agency, we would move forward with it.
