Steve Saarinen:
My name is Steve Saarinen, and I am part of the engineering group at Whitepages.

Erin Schindler:
My name's Erin, and I'm in the accounting department here at Whitepages.

Jordan Reynolds:
Jordan Reynolds, and I'm part of Whitepages Pro. I'm on the sales team.

Steve Saarinen:
The culture at Whitepages is one of the reasons that I came to Whitepages in the first place. We have really the best of both worlds here. We get the small company feel, the agility, the ability to move within the market, as well as we get the support of such a great support staff from our executive management all the way down through our human resources department.

Jordan Reynolds:
I had never used TINYpulse before at a job, so it took a little bit of getting used to. Usually, the feedback process is to fill out a piece of paper, and then it may get read at some point. I instantly got the concept, and since I started using it, I've really enjoyed TINYpulse.

Steve Saarinen:
When Whitepages first introduced us to TINYpulse, the first thing I thought is "Wow, finally a management organization that really cares about what their employees think." Coming from a large company culture that was a really novel thing.

Jordan Reynolds:
The great thing about TINYpulse is it's so fast. It's a question every week, so it takes a couple of minutes to fill it out. If it were more than that it probably wouldn't get done as frequently, so I really enjoy it.

Erin Schindler:
TINYpulse is really easy because it comes straight to my inbox and I don't have to go search it out every week.

Steve Saarinen:
I do look forward to TINYpulse Wednesday. It's a chance for me to really think about what happened during the week and provide recognition to those people that really stood out in my mind.

Erin Schindler:
Cheers for Peers is probably my favorite part of TINYpulse because it gives you a chance to really recognize people that help you every day. A lot of times it feels weird to just go up and tell someone that they helped you out, so Cheers for Peers gives you a way to do that.

Jordan Reynolds:
What motivates me to continue using TINYpulse is all of our leadership references TINYpulse feedback on a regular basis. During an all-company meeting, they'll pull up different questions or comments that people have provided, so just seeing how much our leadership team relies on that makes it be something that I want to contribute to.

Erin Schindler:
The reason I like to continue answering the TINYpulse questions is that our leadership team really takes them into consideration, and I see a lot happening with the suggestions and feedback.

Steve Saarinen:
As a manager I really enjoy the virtual suggestions feature because it gives me the ability to see if there's a difference between what I think people need in their daily lives versus what they report that they actually need in their daily lives.

Jordan Reynolds:
TINYpulse has really become part of the culture at Whitepages so I can't imagine us not having a tool like that right now because I think we really benefit from it.
