I think TINYpulse and teamwork go hand in hand. I think it's important that team members communicate with each other and they communicate against the goals that you've set for the company, the team, whatever it might be, and I think TINYpulse serves as a great tool to help people talk with each other, and help people prioritize what's most important, and talk about what's going well, and talk about what's not going well. And I think when that's synthesized well by senior leaders, not even senior leaders, when it's synthesized well, you can get ahead of problems and you can accelerate things that are going well.
