"It's been really valuable for getting to hear from other administrators about tools they've done."
It feels like being with my tribe. And especially in my role in this government context, I sometimes feel like I'm shaking the windows from the outside, pay attention, why aren't you listening to this?
And then getting to come to TINY Con and hear everyone else dealing with these same challenges and also having the same belief, believing that people matter, believing that we can leverage these tools to make a difference, has just been so validating. Oh my God, I'm not just some crazy person left in the field, other people think the same thing, have the same challenges.
So I really enjoyed that connection to other people. It's been really valuable for getting to hear from other administrators about tools they've done. That was definitely something that the guideline for suggestions, that came out of something I heard someone else mentioned last year.
