The top three things that'll keep employees engaged is first, I think impactful work, having something that really makes a difference. A lot of companies that talk, talk about making a difference in people's lives, whether it's happier employees by working at TINYpulse or these other companies and what they're doing. So, I think meaningful work is really important. I think feeling a sense of connection. Today, we learned that actually, it's connection to coworkers that matters more so than connection to a boss, and that was fascinating to learn. But connection, feeling a sense of belonging at work, I think is important. Then third is feeling valued and respected and heard. And I think TINYpulse allows people to share those opinions and ideas, particularly in environments where they may not feel they can share those verbally, but they can do it anonymously.
