I think it's been really wonderful for our organization to be able to get feedback from employees on a regular basis.

Previously, we were doing yearly surveys out to our employees, and it just makes it hard to know what's going on with people and what they need, and what's going well that you can keep doing.

And so being able to ask questions on a more regular basis has allowed us to know what we're doing well and to know what we need to change, and to make those changes in more real-time.
