We've gone through, well once with TINYpulse, rolling out TINYpulse to a large group of employees. It was actually just earlier this year that we acquired another laboratory site and had to then roll this out to make sure that everyone's getting integrated onto the same tools and platforms that the rest of the organization is already using and familiar with. I think it's having really good communication processes. People learn in different ways. It's blasting out emails. We have an app that we send out notifications. Putting stuff on our intranet site. Just all the different ways that we can get information out to people.
