Having that weekly Pulse question going out to the organization was a way for us to, in addition to the annual surveys that we would do that are much longer, lengthier, harder to get information back to the employees very quickly or to take action on it. This made it super easy for us to get that real time feedback from our employees and be able to take a look at their feedback, see what we could do to make quick wins and take action.
