I do have a favorite question. It is not a tiny pulse question, but it's an intense question. We actually asked our organization do you think that any form of privilege helped you get to where you are today? It was a really interesting conversation. We followed up that conversation in an all-hands with an amazing talk around what privilege is. Demystifying the conversation around privilege, becoming more comfortable with using the word, and also some sensitivities around it. The reason why I love the question, it's a little bit heavy or serious one, but it just made it more comfortable for all of us to talk about it.
