Nick Mamolo:
My name is Nick Mamalo and I'm an inside sales representative at Limeade.
Shauna Cour:
Shawna Cour, and I am the director of customer communications.
Ryan Putnam:
My name is Ryan Putnam. I'm a configuration specialist here at Limeade.
Nick Mamolo:
The culture at Limeade is really fast-paced. We're constantly growing. We're always hiring new people. There are always new faces as really energetic, and dynamic.
Ryan Putnam:
At first one they told me that they were using TINYpulse here, I was a little apprehensive, I guess you could say, but after taking the first couple of surveys, I really enjoyed it. It's super quick and easy. It didn't feel like it took a lot of time out of my day, and it was great to see the responses from the other employees.
Nick Mamolo:
I think the questions that TINYpulse asks with our employees are always relevant and always very specific to our culture.
Shauna Cour:
What gets me excited about the TINYpulse questions is I know when I get that email, what's behind it, so I know it was our HR team strategically, thoughtfully thinking about what do we want to know this week.
Ryan Putnam:
One of my favorite questions was, what do you want to do when you were growing up? What was your dream job? It was great sitting around a meeting a couple of minutes before it started and we just went around the table and answered it in person, and it was a really great way to start a conversation.
Nick Mamolo:
I love sending out the Cheers for Peers because it allows me to recognize all the hard work that some of my teammates are doing, and to say things that oftentimes go unsaid.
Ryan Putnam:
when I get a Cheers for peers in my inbox, it makes me feel really good. It makes me feel appreciated by my other team members, and it's great to see some of the comments that they said, that the little things that you didn't think affected others actually did in a positive way.
Nick Mamolo:
I think the fact that the leadership team really is committed to putting into action those results that they see from TINYpulse is prompting me to continue offering my responses.
Shauna Cour:
And I love that it's not this once a year annual survey with a thousand data points that just disappear, that they're actually our HR team and execs are listening to it and implementing things because of the questions they've asked through it.
Nick Mamolo:
I would definitely miss TINYpulse if my organization didn't have it, just because I think it adds a level of honesty and a level of recognition that we can give that we wouldn't be able to give in other avenues.
