Porch is in the business of helping hundreds of millions of homeowners get connected to great professionals, as well as the ideas and inspiration that'll help them love their home. What's really unique about Porch is that we are a growing company and we recruit people with all types of backgrounds and all types of experiences and we understand that as we grow people are developing in different life stages as well. And it's not a one size fits all approach when it comes to giving people what they need to stay happy in this day and age. Transparency is important and one of the things, it's one thing to talk about transparency, it's another one to take action. So for us, it was important to literally put our money where our mouth was and that's what we found in TINYpulse, which was a great partner for us to facilitate this conversation that we wanted to have with our employees, which put transparency at the forefront.
As a leader, it's really important that I stay on top of the themes and suggestions that are coming up day today. And one of the great features of TINYpulse is virtual suggestions, which allows us to get real-time in the moment feedback on what's on people's minds, whether it's related to benefits, whether it's related to just day to day life at the office or if it's a question they have on our product vision or where we're going in the future. It's an awesome way for us to be able to get a pulse of what is on people's minds. A realtime example of we had to really tighten, we had to tighten up our maternity policy because we've got some really great feedback through a virtual suggestion that we just... we hadn't put as much time into it as we'd liked to. But because of the feedback that we got, we were able to address that head on, but also do it in a way where people felt like they were part of the solution. What's been great about TINYpulse is I literally can't imagine Porch without TINYpulse, because it does create that environment where if empowerment is important to you, if collaboration is important to you and transparency is important to you, and I believe those are the three things that all businesses need to thrive. It's the thing that's going to allow that to happen and become a reality.
