Hi there,

The TINYpulse story starts with someone quitting their job. Our CEO, David Niu, left a company he founded to take what he called a "Careercation".

David was ahead of the curve. According to Gallup, the "Quit Rate" - the rate of voluntary departures - is 2.3% in the U.S. That's the third-highest rate in history.

This isn't necessarily bad news, as it means employees are feeling more empowered to find places they truly want to work. Our Employee Engagement Report (direct link to PDF) points to ways leaders can keep their best performers. It's clearly a phenomenon, though - all the articles below were published in the last few months!

Hopefully, you're not thinking about quitting. That said, it's definitely time to start thinking about the quit rate and all the demand for the advice below.

Cheers,

Tyler
