07. Sales Development Representative

You just can't enough of connecting with people. You're probably almost always caught scrolling through your address book, trying to find the next person to call. We're looking for an SDR to qualify inbound leads generated from our badass marketing team. You'll need to have top-notch organizational skills to manage and follow-up on your leads, strong verbal and communication skills, and a customer-service approach that's able to connect business needs with solutions.

08. Sales Manager

What's the difference between a boss and a leader? If you can explain that, keep reading. In this role, you'll be responsible for a team of eight to ten employee engagement consultants who present and sell the company products to potential new clients. It doesn't stop there. You'll be their mentor, help identify gaps and challenges with the SDR role, and complete discovery and quality inbound leads from marketing to account executives. Just be warned: it's a fast-paced, high-energy environment, so we're looking for someone to not sink, but swim in our company.
