01. Sales Manager
What's the difference between a boss and a leader? If you can explain that, keep reading. In this role, you'll be responsible for a team of eight to ten employee engagement consultants who present and sell the company products to potential new clients. It doesn't stop there. You'll be their mentor, help identify gaps and challenges with the SDR role, and complete discovery and quality inbound leads from marketing to account executives. 02. User Experience Designer
Got a good ear? Empathetic towards user challenges? We're looking for a UX designer to help us resolve business problems with innovative product solutions. You'll work closely with customers, developers, and the leadership team to define persona and feature requirements. What about testing? You'll be driving user research, prototype evaluation, and conduct usability tests.
