Frances oversees Talent Management at Ascension Health, the largest Catholic and nonprofit health system and employs more than 150,000 associates in over 1,500 locations in 23 states. She serves as the principal strategist and architect for developing and implementing strategies and frameworks across the System for the “Talent Stewardship Life Cycle.” This includes workforce intelligence and planning, talent attraction and acquisition, associate engagement, organizational effectiveness, leader development, succession planning, and planned talent movement, development, performance and retention.

Ericka has more than
