🎤An Interview With Ben King🎤
Hi there!
TINYpulse's logo is a lotus with gray and orange leaves. Why is it a lotus? We’re not florists or gardeners (but we do have some green thumbs on our team).
It’s because lotuses have an amazing quality. Unlike many aquatic plants, a lotus can bloom in shallow, murky waters. Lotuses are hardy, perennial, and can adapt to lots of different water chemistries. We think that’s an apt analogy for the organizations that use TINYpulse.
I wrote that ⬆ for TINYpulse's website redesign, and I'm beginning to realize just how much it applies to not just organizations but employees.
TINYpulse partners with an awesome organization called Work of Honor - a community of veterans and business professionals that helps veterans and military spouses network and advance their careers.
My coworker (and friend) Ben King is a veteran (and a reservist!). He's a world-class account executive here at TINYpulse. He's adapted to a totally different employee experience than the U.S. Army. His interview with Work of Honor's worth watching.
