What On-Demand Workers Love About Their Jobs

On-demand workersWhat inspires people to ditch a full-time corporate job for life in the gig economy? What about those who have joined the on-demand workforce as a second job? 

According to the workers we spoke to for our research, the biggest benefit of on-demand work is “schedule flexibility,” with 30% citing it as the best perk. About 28% of on-demand workers said they simply “like the work.” Pay was not popular, with just 15% citing it as the best part of the job.
