Fall is one of the most popular seasons of the year. According to a recent YouGov survey, 35- to 54-year-olds prefer it to all other seasons, while it’s the second favorite season for 18- to 34-year-olds (behind summer) and for those who are 55 and older (behind spring).

Before you and your employees are forced to hunker down indoors when temperatures plummet during the winter, you’d be wise to take advantage of the fall weather and plan some team outing activities before it’s too late.

Not sure of what kinds of things you can do? We’ve got you covered. Here are 20 team outing ideas for the fall:

01. Visit a pumpkin patch

Head to the nearest pumpkin patch and buy every employee a pumpkin. Carve them as a group if you’re so inclined.

02. Run through a corn maze

If you’re feeling energetic, ask members of your team to participate in a race through a corn maze — assuming there’s one nearby.

03. Go apple picking

04. Have an apple-bobbing contest

A surefire way to bring the team together and get everyone laughing.

05. Go to a haunted house

You’re never too old to creep around a haunted house. Try not to scream too loudly.

06. Head into the woods

The leaves are changing, which means there’s plenty of scenery to take in on a hike.

07. Volunteer in the community

Do any nonprofit groups in your area need help with raking leaves or baking pies? Ask members of your team if they’d like to chip in.

08. Take a hot-air balloon trip

09. Go on a hayride

Another autumnal classic, it’ll make your team all feel like they’re kids again.

10. Go to a beer festival

You can always go the adult route too. There are tons of beer festivals this time of year. To be safe, coordinate transportation and make sure no one drinks and drives.
