LinkedIn Endorsements

If you’re on LinkedIn, you know the drill. Every now and then you get a notification that someone to whom you’re connected has endorsed you as having one of the marketable skills you’ve listed in your profile. For me, that list includes Web Content Writing, Graphic Design, and audio engineering. The site also periodically asks you to endorse other as well. That’s how it’s supposed to work, at least.

There’s a new thing though: “endorsement bombing.” And it’s pretty hilarious. Friends are endorsing each other for an awesome array of “skills.”

Not content with two adversaries, Nick decided to endorse his buddy Angus thusly:

The moral of our story is that even a serious, career-oriented platform like LinkedIn can provide hours of fun. You just have to be twisted enough to see the potential.
