TINYpulse is growing, and we're growing fast. Which also means we're on the hunt for some talented people to join our team.
But we're huge on culture fit. So before you even take a breeze through the open positions below, ask yourself the following:

If you answered "yes" to all of those, then take a gander at what roles we're looking to fill. And just a heads up — avoid making these dumb mistakes when applying to the jobs. Believe it or not, out of 200 people that applied, only 10 people read the instructions and sent us the requirements. Sigh.
01. Sales Manager
What's the difference between a boss and a leader? If you can explain that, keep reading. In this role, you'll be responsible for a team of eight to ten employee engagement consultants who present and sell the company products to potential new clients. It doesn't stop there. You'll be their mentor, help identify gaps and challenges with the SDR role, and complete discovery and quality inbound leads from marketing to account executives. Just be warned: it's a fast-paced, high-energy environment, so we're looking for someone to not sink, but swim in our company.
02. User Experience Designer
Got a good ear? Empathetic towards user challenges? We're looking for a UX designer to help us resolve business problems with innovative product solutions. You'll work closely with customers, developers, and the leadership team to define persona and feature requirements. What about testing? You'll be driving user research, prototype evaluation, and conduct usability tests. But that won't be a problem since you have an understanding of user-centered design methods and rapid prototyping.
03. Ruby Designer
How do you feel about prototyping and launching new features in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a highly motivated developer who loves to create robust and user-centric software, but they will also need to do rap protoyping and testing of new features, optimize existing ones, and drive improvements in the overall performance of our product.
