Raise your hand if your organization is throwing a holiday party. I'm counting nine out of ten hands raised. How, you ask? Well, according to a survey by Challenger, Gray and Christmas, nearly 90% of companies plan on throwing a holly-jolly bash to drive employee engagement.
And you very well know that a celebratory atmosphere mixed with a dash of your favorite drink may result in some questionable behavior. But keep in mind that you're still at a work function, and it's not the place to start hitting on your boss, dancing on the table, or hurling into the nearest bowl.
