Needless to say, day one was inspiration, while day two was insightful, and I have one great takeaway from today:
This rings especially true when it comes to work goals. We can have a vision of improving our communication skills, driving more sales, or completing a huge project. But without a deadline, these visions just simply dissipate and become lost thoughts that we end up regretting about in the future.
So create a deadline for everything you do in life. Whether it's coming up with organizational values for a new company or finishing that book on leadership — give yourself a hard date for completion because it's now or never.
