With the holidays comes traveling to and fro. For some of us, traveling is part of our job, so we're traveling year-round. But whether it's for work or leisure, traveling is stressful.
Many forget that employee engagement is tied to customer service. A study by Demand Metric found that organizations that have over 50% engagement rates have a 39% higher rate of competitive advantage than companies with less than 50% engagement. And it's not surprising. Service can make or break customer retention.
So Payscale ran a survey with airline employees and found which company has the happiest employees. After all, you want to have the best experience during a typically stressful event.
