Employee_Dissatisfaction_in_Healthcare_Services_1Healthcare professionals hold some of the most important jobs in our workforce. Our need for their services continues to grow, but healthcare jobs are also among the most difficult, with burnout being one of the biggest factors leading to turnover.

In our newest report, we surveyed over 1,000 healthcare employees to dig into their sentiments around workplace experience and job satisfaction. Although these employees are happier than those in other industries, they don't feel valued for the work they put in.






These responses paint a picture of a workforce that feels satisfaction with their work but also struggles with feeling unvalued. Given how important their work is and how many lives they touch, it's easy to see why employees in this industry would be happy. But it does patients no good if these happy employees are driven out of their jobs by negative dynamics.
