A: Being in the travel industry, travel is in our blood! Our staff regularly travel for educational purposes, personal holidays, and leading group holidays for our clients that our business puts together.
Travel is highly encouraged within our staff, as you can’t beat a travel consultant providing advice on a destination they have personally visited. Our team members have a constantly evolving bucket list. It’s rare that our team members stay home during their vacations.

A: Many of the so-called "mainstream" destinations: USA, UK, Fiji, New Zealand, Bali, and France. Particularly, South America and Cuba have been the flavor of the year!
A big trend is also to go back to already-visited destinations, but go to a different area or really get under the skin of the destination and live life as a local. For instance, many of our clients have done a first trip to Kenya and Tanzania,t but they’re now going back to experience less-visited parts of Africa, like Zambia, Botswana, and Namibia.
A: Working at a travel agency is a fantastic job, but every day (like most jobs) isn’t necessarily as glamorous as it may seem. Our staff work hard to ensure they are getting the best possible deal and service for our clients, which usually entails lots of research and comparison.
For instance, it may be $100 cheaper to fly a certain route to Europe. But if you go through another hub, you may gain half a day at your destination or be able to take advantage of a driver service when you arrive. This kind of knowledge is what our staff pride themselves on, and you can’t find it on the internet.
A: Our employees love helping their clients realize their travel dreams. For many people, a holiday is much more than what it seems.
We’ve had clients who have worked seven days a week for years and years, coming in once a week to deposit what they had saved. Ten years later, they have finally been able to book a holiday for their family to enjoy.
We know this may be the only holiday these people are ever able to go on, and helping our clients makes the hard work worthwhile. We want to ensure they get the best possible value for money and experience and make it a holiday of a lifetime for each and every client.
A: Listen to your staff and clients. Everyone has great suggestions and wants to feel valued and included. Sure, you won’t be able to immediately take action on every suggestion, but everyone certainly has great points to contribute. It’s healthy to ensure that different perspectives are being heard and acted upon.
