We’ve all heard it before: millennials are notorious for job hopping. According to Deloitte’s Millennial Survey, the average tenure of the youngins in this generation is 1.3 years. Not only that, but two out of three millennials plan to leave their job by 2020.
But these folks aren’t just hopping from job to job because they’re indecisive or disloyal to their employer.
