Open office, cubicle, closed doors — is one office setup better than the other? Not necessarily. It really all depends on the nature of the work at hand and your company's organizational culture. While an open-office layout may be good for collaboration, the noise may be disruptive for creatives. On the other hand, a manager may be better suited in an open office so their team members can easily approach them with questions.
