It's official; our first conference,
TINYcon, is fewer than 100 days away! The location is set — downtown Seattle's luxurious
W Hotel — and we've gathered the top influencers in employee engagement to speak, including our fellow TINYpulser and CEO of Gravity Payments,
Dan Price, and Chief People & Culture Officer at Stitch Fix,
Margaret Wheeler.
So what does the very first TINYcon ticket holder have to say about the conference? We spoke with Amrita Kulkarni, HR Manager at
Magoosh, to find out what she's most excited about:
Q: Why are you attending TINYcon?
A: We're interested in learning what strategies other companies have for making the most out of TINYpulse.
Q: What do you hope to get out of the conference?
A: I hope to exchange ideas on incorporating more data-driven tactics to improve employee happiness, engagement, retention, and more.
Q: Best TINYpulse question you have asked your employees?
A: How they would recommend working here to a friend or family member?
Fun fact: Magoosh won TINYpulse's 2015 Happiest Company Award.
Q: Are you planning on doing any sight-seeing or fun activities while in Seattle — anything in particular you want to see?
A: I've been to Seattle many times, but always make a trip to Pike Place.
TINYcon will be held from September 19 to 21 in Seattle and will offer three days of networking and learning from forward-thinking CEOs, directors, and HR professionals who are reinventing employee engagement at their organizations.
