We here at TINYpulse have. Our mission, after all, is to make employees happier. So we put our heads together to come up with a way that we could help leaders get the resources they need (which, of course, is good for their employees too). We wanted to create something that was easy to use and accessible for people who are just starting to learn — yet also rich with in-depth data and useful analysis for those with advanced experience.

The TINYinstitute is an online learning center for company leaders, managers, HR professionals, and anyone else interested and invested in having a healthy and engaging workplace.
The idea at the heart of the Institute is the employee journey. Engaging an employee isn't just a one-time task, right? It's a process.
