New Resource Hub: Introducing the TINYinstitute

TINYinstitute: Resources on Employee Engagement and Company CultureWe all know employee engagement is important. We also know it can get really complicated. Have you ever wished a treasure trove of information would just magically appear in front of you, so you'd have all the tools you needed to get it right?

We here at TINYpulse have. Our mission, after all, is to make employees happier. So we put our heads together to come up with a way that we could help leaders get the resources they need (which, of course, is good for their employees too). We wanted to create something that was easy to use and accessible for people who are just starting to learn — yet also rich with in-depth data and useful analysis for those with advanced experience.

We're pleased to share with you what we came up with.

Welcome to the TINYinstitute

The TINYinstitute is an online learning center for company leaders, managers, HR professionals, and anyone else interested and invested in having a healthy and engaging workplace. 

The Employee Journey

The idea at the heart of the Institute is the employee journey. Engaging an employee isn't just a one-time task, right? It's a process. So to be successful, we have to figure out how to engage them at every step of their experience with you, from the moment you onboard them to their growth and advancement within your company.
