The new year is full of opportunity, and it leaves CEOs and executives wondering what to put on the docket. Do you focus externally, thinking about new customer acquistion and brand awareness? Or do you look internally to improved processes and increased employee engagement? 

We asked a whole host of CEOs what resolutions they set for themselves in the new year. Check out what they had to say. 




There is certainly no right or wrong answer when it comes to annual objectives. But these CEOs show us one thing for sure: When you're in the manager's seat, it pays to be forward thinking. Take a moment to step away from day-to-day tactics and put some time aside to consider what you really want to be getting out of the new year.
