recognition_manufacturing-1.pngThe results are in, and Gantom Lighting & Controls is the winner of the TINYpulse Employee Recognition Award in the Manufacturing industry.

You're probably wondering how we came to this conclusion ...

We separated the companies into 14 different industries then compared which company sent the most Cheers within their organization over the course of the past six months.

About Gantom Lighting & Controls

Gantom was founded in 2010 as a manufacturer of ooh-worthy special effects lighting equipment. Their innovation led them to produce the world's smallest spotlight. They've built a special organizational culture that focuses on driving employee engagement through fun team-building activities.

We got a chance to speak with the team to go behind the scenes of the organization to find out what makes Gantom Lighting & Controls one of the best places to work. Let's see what they had to say.

Q: What was the funniest recognition you’ve ever received?

A: it's not a recognition but it's funny:

A: Getting sincere praise and positive feedback from our customers is what keeps us going.

Q: What kind of fun activities does your company participate in?

A: We try to plan outings to get people to relax a bit. We've tried the shooting range, a magic show, dinner, water-balloon fights, escape rooms, and barbecues. We even bought a really nice massage chair for everyone to enjoy.

Q: What is the one thing that every company can do to make their employees happier?

A: Listen to your employees and address their concerns.

Q: If you could describe your work culture in three words, what would they be?

A: We are ninjas.
