The group is dedicated to advancing new leadership concepts as the relationship between leaders and followers continues to evolve in the 21st century.
This group was started by David Ducheyne, an author and keynote speaker with over 25 years of experience in people strategy and leadership. As co-founder and president of the first Belgian Association of HR Professionals, David has a history of bringing people together to share stories and exchange ideas.
