We love rolling out brand new TINYpulse features, and our latest feature is one we know you'll love. This is the perfect tool to help large businesses quickly assess trends in their weekly TINYpulse survey results. It's also a great way to swiftly sort through Cheers for Peers and Virtual Suggestions. Introducing: "Search within results!"

To get started, simply log in to your TINYpulse administrator dashboard. Below the graph and snapshot of your current TINYpulse graph, you'll see a search bar next to a magnifying glass. You can also see a word cloud with the most commonly repeated words appearing larger

If you're searching for a specific trend, simply click the magnifying glass and enter any word or phrase you choose into the search box.

But that's not all! You can also use this search feature to analyze Cheers for Peers (perhaps to find an employee whose cheers include words like "great," "awesome," or "exceptional."

You can even search through virtual suggestions to search for recurring themes or pressing issues being brought up by your employees.

In fact, you can use our "Search within Results" feature to analyze trends and data from all of your past TINYpulse surveys as well. Simply click on the "By Question" from the drop-down menu under "Insights" in your TINYpulse dashboard, and you'll be taken to a list of all your past surveys. From there, select any previous week's survey question and click on the blue link. What a great tool!
