Vivian Giang's recent piece in Business Insider provides employees with 3 things they can do to improve culture in the office. From participating in the perks employers offer to getting involved and trusting your colleagues, employees have it in their power to influence daily workplace culture as much as employers do.

Gemma Reucroft advises us on what to look for as company culture killers. The "killers" range from falling into a "take, take, take" company culture to having a secretive environment, but the good news is that all of these causes for toxic environments are easily avoided and corrected. This piece is a great resource on what NOT to do to in the office place.
