TINYpulse Tips - Changing TINYpulse Survey Frequencies

by David Niu on Aug 12, 2013 7:26:00 AM

A common question that we get from TINYpulse administrators is if they can change the frequency of TINYpulses. With a weekly rhythm, some companies may not be able to effectively share the results, and other companies may want to better align the responses with their internal meeting tempo, which may not occur weekly. While the majority of TINYpulse users pulse weekly, we understand that it may not work for everyone.

At the same time, we believe that if the gap between TINYpulses is too great, then the ability to get a real-time feedback and pulse on the team begins to get compromised. To balance the two, we offer the ability to receive TINYpulse on a weekly, every other week, or every four weeks basis. Administrators just need to go into their Settings and Next TINYpulse to update their frequency (see screenshot below).

*We encourage clients to try the weekly rhythm for a month before considering the every other week rhythm. Additionally, for users who choose the every other week or every four week rhythm, the happiness trend question will be asked quarterly instead of monthly.
