Detailing the benefits of a highly engaged workforce, the image focuses on health and wellness programs that a company can introduce into a company to improve engagement. According to the study, 60% of employees think that their employers don't care about their wellbeing. That's a depressing statistic, considering how much time most of us spend at our jobs! On the positive side, the infographic shows that "80% of employees at companies with robust health & wellness programs feel their employer cars about their well-being." That feeling increases feeling of engagement, which improves a myriad of conditions of a company: happier employees, more productivity, lower turnover, and higher sales.
We all know that employee feedback improves the culture of a workplace. Pete Alexandre's recent piece details 3 HR metrics that can be improved through employee feedback. The improvements that he details are goal performance, absenteeism, and satisfaction ratings.
