Expands on the controversy of employers asking for employee Facebook passwords. First of all, I don't know why anyone would want to work at a business that would have such a draconian requirement. Second, surprisingly enough, the employers actually have solid legal footing to make such a request according to this article. Janice Bellace claims in the U.S., anyone trying to challenge such a practice in court would have almost no legal ground to stand on. “People think they have more rights than they actually have; they seem to think they have rights that are just not there,” she says.
