CEO and Founder of TINYpulse
In early 2020 we offered free Work From Home (WFH) software to leaders impacted by COVID-19.
Many of those leaders eventually bought full TINYpulse subscriptions for their employees.
In line with our mission of Happier Employees we donated a portion to help fight COVID-19.
As a result we are proud to have donated over $20,000 to the WHO COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
At TINYpulse we believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion. We partner with team members, vendors, and customers who believe the same.
TINYpulsers are hired, recognized, mentored, and coached by these values.
Elect to spread positivity.
Lead with solutions and embrace change.
Increase communication with open transparency.
Go the extra mile with passion.
Hold oneself accountable "Big Accountability = Big Freedom."
Treasure culture and freedom.
From parental leave, to team volunteer days, to a stocked kitchen, our benefits are built on everything we believe about a happy and healthy workplace. Here are just a few of our favorite benefits.
We offer a 401K, 100% paid medical, dental, vision, STD, group term life, and AD&D for employees. We also offer dependent care, a health care FSA, and supplemental life and AD&D plans.
We believe in big freedom with big accountability. Here at TINYpulse, PTO is unlimited. No counting down your allotted vacation days — take what you need!
8-12 weeks of paid leave for all new parents, plus some meal kit dinners, a diaper subscription, and home cleaning. Ease back into work with a 4-week transition period.
Each quarter, we close the office for a day and head out into the community. Team volunteer days have included working local food banks, clearing invasive species, or giving a local shelter some TLC.
The TINYpulse offices are in lower Queen Anne, Seattle, and Saigon, both in prime locations close to downtown with great dining options and after work life.
TINYscholarships allow you to apply for funds to support your educational and professional growth in areas relevant to your role.
Our pet policy has plenty of furry participants, so go ahead and bring your office-ready dog to work.
We provide fully-subsidized ORCA Passport cards for employees as well as a pre-tax transit and parking FSA to help with your commute.
