The 1% Promise

TINYpulse was founded with a commitment to giving back to the community:

1% Time — each quarter our office shuts down for a day so we can volunteer as a team for a nonprofit organization.

1% Product — nonprofit organizations in need can apply to use TINYpulse as a grant to make employees happier.

1% Profits — in 2020 see below for how we contributed to the fight against COVID-19.

Commitment To Fighting COVID-19

In early 2020 we offered free Work From Home (WFH) software to leaders impacted by COVID-19. 

Many of those leaders eventually bought full TINYpulse subscriptions for their employees.

In line with our mission of Happier Employees we donated a portion to help fight COVID-19.

As a result we are proud to have donated over $20,000 to the WHO COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
